Featuring Plymouth Housing

June 14, 2021

This week we are honored to present Plymouth Housing to our growing 52andChange microgiving community, where we rally around $1 gifts of support and never ask for more than $10.*

Homelessness is one of the most profound, intractable problems in modern society. It seems to resist solving, but Seattle’s Plymouth Housing shows the way by providing more than 1,000 people with homes at the center of a path to stability. Since 1980, Plymouth Housing has been a lifeline for people experiencing long-term homelessness. By providing housing and personalized supportive services, they end homelessness one person at a time.

Everyone deserves a place to feel safe and secure. Plymouth provides permanent homes, not shelter or transitional beds. Healing begins with a home.

This week, let’s stand beside Plymouth Housing and their spirit of humanity by giving a little and sharing a lot. Our collective dollars transform lives by helping to provide warm homes and wrap around support. If we all give a little, together, we will change the world! Pass it on.

News&stories

Latest news from 52andChange!

Together we’ve become volunteers in places we would have never expected, planted milkweed for butterflies, provided books to kids in need, helped save endangered turtles, helped turn excess food into nutrition, helped bring art to youth, educated one another about how we are connected to our delicate food systems, helped save abandoned horses and given old dogs new hope, watched foster youth shine in the spotlight of movie making, helped clean tires out of rivers… we could go on and on and on. It is an absolute joy to be a part of such an amazing network of humans making a difference.
